Yes, these are very good ideas. The main problem is that a large number of representative in our legislature, mostly democrats, do not want to save money. That is not their goal. Their goal is to spend more money and link the spending to groups who will help them get re-elected. Until the good people of Tennessee vote these cats out of office, the spending will continue.</description>
